The systematic corrections applied by the IERS Rapid Service/Prediction
Center consist of up to 6 components - a bias, a rate, annual sine and
cosine terms, and semiannual sine and cosine terms.  The periodic terms
are no longer used, in practice.

The units of the corrections are seconds of arc for polar motion and
seconds of time for UT1-UTC.  The reference epoch is 01 January 2000
(MJD 51544).

The solution designators used in the rightmost field of the file for
the various analysis series are as follows:
